1. CORE FORMING
The paper core is spiral wound by needed paper thickness, width and proper adheresive. It is light and strong to protect the items inside. Normally inner tube plus outer tubes 1mm.

2. Tube Cutting
To cut the tubes into your needed section/height.

3. Tube Pasting
The printed wrapping material is mounted onto the outer tubes, and inner tubes if necessarily.

4. Edge curling
Make the neat, clean, smooth edge on cover, bottom and inner tube if need, it's practical and elegant.

5. Assembly
Assemble the top and bottom discs, install the inner tube into the outer tube, and put the whole piece together then packing.
