Step2: Paper Tube Material Selection
Cardboard paper tubes are made from kraft paper / different colors are available, coated art paper, special paper.

Step3: Decide how the cardboard Tube Inside
The inside of the paper tube packaging is up to what product to container. Normally we have 3 cases as below:
1.Plain uncoated cardboard: to most normal products.
2.Coated / laminated: aim for oil-resistance, moisture proof to pack food, cosmetics etc.
3.Specialty / textured: to makes the appearance unique.

Step4: Paper Tube Printing Customization
Design your wrapping surface paper and decide you need a CMYK or Pantone color to present your brand.
CMYK is usually suited for: Photo printing and photorealistic imagery, Multiple color images
Pantone is best suited for: Precise color matching for branding and logos, vibrant and darker tones, special finishes including fluorescent and metallic colors
Also we provide optional finishes on the printing, such as debossing, embossing, glossy, matt, golden foil, silver foil, uv ocating, glitter powder etc

Step 5: Insert in Paper Tube packaging
For better protecting your products to contain, you can have different material inserts placing in the cardboard tube such as EVA/foam insert, plastic tray, paperboard insert etc.
