the Manufacturing Process of Paper Tubes
1. CORE FORMING
The paper core is spiral wound by needed paper thickness, width and proper adheresive. It is light and strong to protect the items inside. Normally inner tube plus outer tubes 2mm.
2. TUBE CUTTING
To cut the tubes into your needed section/height.
3. Tube Pasting
The printed wrapping material is mounted onto the outer tubes, and inner tubes if necessarily.
4. Edge Curling
Make the neat, clean, smooth edge on cover, bottom and inner tube if need, it's practical and elegant.
5. Assembling
To assemble the parts like top disk, bottom disk, adds-on, altogether with inner tube, outer tubes and caps.
