FAQ

Q1: What diameters can you make?
A1: Currently our available molding diameter between 16.2 ( 0.638in ) to 213mm ( 8.39in ), with many diameter choices in-between, length upto 2400mm ( 94.488in / 7.874 feet ), wall thickness within 4mm ( 0.158'' ). Sizes beyond what we have, it can be tailored by charging the molding cost.

Q2: Do you make paper core?
A2: So far we only make cardboard/paper tube which is supposed to contain products inside of it, paper core is supposed to be wound outside of it, refer to toilet paper.

Q3: Do you have ready-made stock?
A3: We only have few plain craft push up paper container for deodorant, mostly make upon order as individual client's need, please contact us for stock availability.

Q4: How eco-friendly is your packaging? Is it recyclable or biodegradable?
A4: Our all-paper tubes and packaging are fully recyclable and biodegradable, uncoated kraft or white paper is first recommended considering the environmental protection .
If you are going to contain food or cosmetic staff that requires direct contact with our packaging, some of them will be
unavoidable for the liner using oil-resistance plastic involved material to make sure the shelf life. Anyway, we are exploring
nature materials and strive to be as eco-friendly as possible to protect our earth.

Q5: What is the cost for custom samples?
A5: A small set-up fee, which varies per structure/design, is charged for custom manufactured, unlabeled prototypes.
If you would like to custom labeling, the cost is the set-up fee cost plus the cost of the printed material, there are digital and offset printing optional. Digital printing has lower cost but poorer printing performance.
This should be discussed with our sales manager for your specific needs.

Q6: What paper material inside the tube?
A6: It can be plain cardboard, kraft paper ( black, white, brown ), food-contact aluminum foil, PE or grease-proof liners etc.

Q7: Can I get a price list?
A7: Paper tube packaging has nature feature of customization, it is customized as per individual customers' need, we don't provide price list but quote according to specific requirement.

Q8: What should to be paid attention for the tube storage?
A8: Temperature and humidity can make it shrinked or loosed.
Store them as below is recommended: temperature：68F – 104F, humidity: < 20%
